Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@aurellebeauty.com with your order number and item(s) to return
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label (UK customers) or return address (international)
3. Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Drop off at your nearest courier point

Exchanges

Want a different shade or product instead? Let us know in your return request and we'll ship your exchange as soon as we receive your return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and unopened for hygiene reasons
• Original packaging and any seals must be intact
• Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty
